At Stickynailz, we do our utmost to ensure your order is shipped and delivered as quickly as possible. Read our shipping policy below for more information about shipping methods, costs, and delivery times.


SHIPPING METHODS
We use letterbox delivery. Your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive your order within 3 business days, depending on PostNL.

Please note: if you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be delivered on Tuesday.

SHIPPING COSTS
Netherlands/Belgium = €4,95
Other countries = €6,95

Free shipping = from €40

All orders are shipped with track & trace, so you can easily follow your package.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. During peak periods, such as holidays, processing time may be slightly longer. We will notify you of any delays.

DELIVERY
The estimated delivery time depends on your location but is often within 1 business day of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as local postal services. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently only ship within the Netherlands and Belgium. We are working on enabling international shipping in the near future.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
You will receive a track & trace email once your order has been shipped.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
Stickynailz is not responsible for lost or damaged orders caused by the carrier. If your order has not arrived or is damaged, please contact us at info@stickynailz.com so we can find a suitable solution.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. If you have made a mistake in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

RETURNS
Your return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, or if your return is incomplete or damaged, we cannot offer you a refund.

Only unused items that are in the same condition as you received them are eligible for a return. Therefore, they must be unopened. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

We also do not accept returns of hygiene or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Some health and personal hygiene products
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Email us at info@stickynailz.com with the reason for your return, and we will provide you with the return address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will send you an email confirmation. We will also let you know whether we have approved or denied your refund. If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, if necessary, contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time for your refund to show up. If that's not the problem, contact your bank. Refunds often take time to process. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@stickynailz.com.

DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Refunds cannot be issued for discounted items.

EXCHANGES
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can return the current item and place a new order.

SHIPPING
To return your item, please contact info@stickynailz.com. We'll then send you the return address. You'll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for a replacement item to reach you depends on your location. If you're sending us an item worth over €75, consider using a shipping service with tracking or insurance. We don't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.
